I have seen some of what my husband called "ALIENS". What is in actuality Mucoid Plaque being passed from my body. Sorry, there is no feminine way to say that. You have seen the awful pictures, such as what you see in the picture above. Horrific isn't it?

Back in the Saddle!

Well I am up and at it again and I hope that I can start to see some of the great results my hubby saw. We have similar rotten lifestyles. All the fast food and sodas...I used to smoke so I am sure there is some residual effects from that as well.

I got up and started the day with a cleansing shake. Internal cleanse by any other word is still colon cleansing so with that first drink I start anew on my quest for a healthier me! It is already lunch time so I will go ahead and take another cleansing drink and wait about an hour before I eat.
