Back in the Saddle!

Well I am up and at it again and I hope that I can start to see some of the great results my hubby saw. We have similar rotten lifestyles. All the fast food and sodas...I used to smoke so I am sure there is some residual effects from that as well.

I got up and started the day with a cleansing shake. Internal cleanse by any other word is still colon cleansing so with that first drink I start anew on my quest for a healthier me! It is already lunch time so I will go ahead and take another cleansing drink and wait about an hour before I eat.

Brief pause BUT I AM BACK!!!

I was unfortunate enough to get sick and was in the hospital for a few days. Now I am back and ready to begin anew. I can't wait. Cooped up in the room watching bad court TV. Well now that I am up and better here we go again!

Day One PART two!

Well, similar to the first time I started but this time I am gonna see it through. Day one of MY colon Cleanse!

Pictured in this blog is my husband "david" and my son "ayden". They or well I should say my husband got me started on this colon cleanse thing. It seemed to work for dave but I usually don't have his kind of luck. He talked me into trying so I started my cleanse today.

I woke up and started with a rather distastful drink. Now I was warned it would be a little less than delicious so I stood by with some cranberry juice and that helped tremendously. I am going to do this 3 times today and I will report in later with how that goes.

My goal is to jump out of bed and especially have the crazy determination he has shown lately. If I get that everything else will seem like a bonus to me.
